How can I make an appointment?
1.-Send us a message in any of our social media platforms, preferably by WhatsApp
2-Choose a package
3.- Choose a day and time, we advice to consider the suggested hours
4.- Choose a dress color and size
5.-Make the down payment, we will provide the link
What is the best time for a photo shoot?
The suggested time is at sunrise around 6 or 7 am, depending on the month of the year, because we’ll have the best light and there are almost no people,
The sun isn’t that strong so it won’t burn the eyes. We’ll have a great session.
Where would this be done?
The session will take place at the public beach closest to your hotel, we will send you at least two options so you can choose your favorite one
Can this be done at the beach at my hotel?
Yes, it can be done at the beach of your hotel, however you will have to pay the access fee, all hotels charge it, normally it is around 100 usd per person, we are a team of 3 people at least.
Where do we change at?
The change of clothes will be directly on the beach, your dress assistant will help you, it is very simple and fast.
What should I wear?
Please if you can wear slip on clothes, sleeveless, buttonless, no zippers, etc, comfortable panties and sandals.
Are the dresses true to size?
Yes, they are true to size, from XS to XL, and L to 4XL
What happens if it's raining?
It usually rains for a moment, so we can wait for the rain to pass, it is very rare that it takes more than an hour, in that case we can reschedule later or the next day.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
For the down payment, we will send you a link with the payment request and for the balance you can pay in cash, credit or debit card or we will send you a link again.
Can I cancel the session?
Yes, you can cancel 24 hours before the session.
Do you provide transportation?
No, we don´t provide transportation, but we can recommend some options, cabs are safe, there are usually many outside the hotels, if you are in the hotel zone of Cancun, the bus is very safe and very cheap.
Do you provide makeup services?
No, we dont but we know several make-up artists that we can recommend
